Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED website and any associated digital services, you expressly acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms establish a legally binding contractual relationship between you and PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED, a Private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, operating under SIC Codes 71111, 74100, and 74202.

Your continued navigation of our immersive portfolio galleries, engagement with our cinematic motion UI demonstrations, submission of consultation requests, or interaction with our high-fidelity SaaS dashboard prototypes constitutes irrevocable acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained herein, regardless of whether you proceed to formal contractual engagement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All visual content, design methodologies, brand identity systems, wireframing frameworks, user research documentation, mobile application interfaces, and digital assets displayed or referenced on this website constitute the exclusive intellectual property of PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED, protected under UK copyright, trademark, and design laws. While client-specific deliverables are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) that may transfer limited usage rights upon full payment, all preliminary concepts, pitch materials, motion UI demonstrations, and portfolio showcases remain our sole property.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, display, or commercial exploitation of our precision-engineered digital assets, including screenshots of our SaaS prototypes or cinematic interface elements, is strictly prohibited without express written consent and may result in immediate legal action seeking injunctive relief and damages.

Service Scope and Delivery

PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED provides comprehensive digital design services encompassing user research, strategic wireframing, mobile application design, product interface systems, and sophisticated brand identity development as detailed in our service narratives and individual client proposals. Project-specific timelines, milestone schedules, deliverable specifications, and revision protocols are established through executed contracts preceding commencement of work.

While we demonstrate commitment to precision engineering and innovative digital partnerships through our immersive galleries, we emphasize that specific project outcomes depend upon timely client collaboration, provision of necessary brand assets, and constructive feedback cycles. The high-fidelity prototypes and motion UI elements showcased on this platform illustrate our technical capabilities and aesthetic standards but do not constitute guarantees of identical deliverables for all service tiers or project scopes.

Payment Terms and Fees

Compensation for design services, strategic consultations, and digital partnership engagements is detailed in individual project proposals and formalized through executed contracts. Our standard commercial terms typically require an initial deposit upon project commencement, followed by milestone-based payments tied to specific deliverable stages, with final payment due upon project completion and acceptance.

Late payments shall incur statutory interest charges at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, plus reasonable recovery costs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all quoted fees are denominated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases of downloadable resources, digital tools, or template assets, where available, are processed through secure payment gateways with immediate electronic delivery upon transaction confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED endeavors to maintain the accuracy and reliability of all website content, investor relations information, corporate transparency disclosures, and downloadable resources; however, we provide these materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access to our digital platforms or specific business outcomes resulting from implementation of our design recommendations. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client to PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED for the specific project giving rise to such claim, and we expressly exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable English law.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We treat all client information, strategic business data, proprietary materials, and project-related communications with the strictest confidence in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable privacy legislation. Personal data collected through newsletter subscriptions, consultation request forms, career opportunity applications, or investor relations inquiries is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes as detailed in our separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect stakeholder information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, aligning with our corporate commitment to establishing trust and maintaining transparent digital partnerships.

Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements in accordance with the specific termination provisions, notice periods, and exit procedures detailed in the applicable Master Service Agreement or Statement of Work. PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate website access, remove user privileges, discontinue service delivery, or refuse future engagement to any individual or entity violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent misrepresentation, infringing our intellectual property rights, or attempting to compromise the security or integrity of our digital platforms.

Upon valid termination, clients retain limited rights to finalized deliverables as explicitly defined in their governing contracts, while all preliminary concepts, unused wireframes, research materials, and working files remain the exclusive property of PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED and shall be returned or destroyed according to contractual provisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, together with any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from website usage, service agreements, intellectual property matters, or data protection issues, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled amicably.

PIXEL360 DESIGN LIMITED encourages good-faith negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, prior to litigation; however, we maintain our registered office at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom HA4 7AE as the proper venue for service of legal process and enforcement of judgments.
